Update! Information Regarding COVID-19

Simply put, these are uncertain times. Adverse conditions must be met with the highest level of accountability and leadership.

By inclusion and collaboration, Signature’s culture will always allow us to support our employees to thrive at work and in Life. We listen, intently, to our employees and customers and will continue aspiring to always help and encourage. Our core value is and will always remain aligned with our mission to lead the aviation community, locally and abroad, making every community we touch a safer place to live and operate-in.

At the onset of COVID-19, Signature began acting by contingency plans to protect our employees published by the CDC. These contingency actions ensure we deliver the constant and unparalleled customer service our market partners expect. One of our greatest abilities is our availability. Today, as much as ever, the uninterrupted delivery by our utility, railroad and pipeline partners is extremely vital. It is different than “business as usual” and we must continue closely learning and adapting to the recommendations of the World Health Organization and governing authorities. Among all our employees, at this time, we are unaware of anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19. We will continue being proactive and do our part, internally and externally, aiming to prevent the spread of this virus. To this end, Signature remains open for business.

Last, we want to personally thank all who are serving on the front lines; first responders, doctors, nurses, governing authorities. As a sincere token of our appreciation, Signature will continue our commitment to give back and donate to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and other entities directly caring for those who can’t protect themselves. Our Children are the Future.

We invite you to talk to us regarding any questions; today, tomorrow, anytime.

The Signature Team is always available.

Stay Safe. Stay well. Together.
